Recipe:
- 1,5 kilo tomato, 1 large Onion, 2 wedges of garlic, 1 small chilli (optional), 6 tablespoons of virgin olive oil, 2 vegetable bouillon cubes, 2-3 sprigs thyme & parsley for sprinkles.
Step by step:
Cut and lightly brown the onion and garlic in the virgin olive oil.
Pour the cut tomatoes,thyme sprigs and the boullion cubes with 1 liter of water into the onions and garlic.
Boil on medium heat for 25 minutes.
Remove the thyme sprigs, and after that blend with stick blender.
At last sprinkle parsley on top as garnish to enjoy.
